How to avoid cracks during production of carbide milling cutter

2022-10-17
There are four main aspects:

1. There is a problem with the knife row itself. The thickness of the blade under the blade should not be 1.5 times the thickness of the blade (preferably more than 2 times).

2. During the welding, the blade should be baked (not over -fire), and all copper water flows to the welding surface (that is, there must be no virtual welding).

3. The cooling after welding should be slow. It is best to use yellow sand to cover the knife after welding, and then use it after 12 hours.

4. Do not water cooling during the blade grinding process (you can use gas cold), do not grind the blade too hot.
